We have been leading guests and visitors around Annapolis for over 20 years, and have thousands of excellent reviews from happy customers! Unfortunately, an unscrupulous national chain has decided rather than doing the hard work of establishing themselves and building their own reputation of excellence, they have opted to trade on our well established and legal name in their determined attempts to trick or fool guests such as yourselves into thinking they are Annapolis Ghost Tours. If you find this practice as offensive as we do, we urge you to file a complaint with Google!

A: Yes, advance ticket purchase is required as tours do sell out. Any remaining tickets not sold one hour prior to each tour are available for walk-in purchase on a space-available basis only. Advance purchase is highly recommended to ensure your participation.

A: Tipping is always acceptable, normal, but not required - it is totally at your discretion. Our guides are highly professional and well-trained to entertain you and all of our guests. Many of our guests appreciate good service and choose to reward it, and the guides are always grateful.

A: Sure!!! How else are you going to show all your social media friends how cool a town Annapolis is, and how much fun our Ghost Tours are! So have fun, and good shooting! However, please note that guests are not permitted to record the guide telling stories, either with video or audio. The material we share is covered by a copyright.

A: Yes, the tour runs in all weather unless it's deemed dangerous by the NWS. If we cancel the tour, participants may reschedule for a future event.

A: Yes, we require a minimum number of paid guests before the tour will go out. If the minimum is not met, we will contact you to reschedule.

A: Due to the nature of our business, and much like concerts or the theater where space is limited, refunds are not given, however tours may be transferred to a friend/family member (at any time) or rescheduled for a future date with 24-hours notice by calling 443-534-0043

A: We recommend parking in one of the several parking garages in downtown Annapolis, as many meters only allow a maximum of 2 hours. However, meters are only in effect until 7:30pm. After that they offer free parking! Parking garage information will be provided to you upon purchasing your tickets.

A: We always do our very best start the tours on time. If you are running late, please let us know (using the contact info on your e-ticket) and we will either place you in the next tour group, if space is available, or have one of our staff wait for you for a maximum of 15 minutes, and take you to the tour already in progress. Please give yourself plenty of time to find parking and get to the tour meeting point 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour to check-in if possible! Also, if you're having dinner at one of our local restaurants, be sure to tell them what time you need to leave by so you, and they, can plan accordingly.

Absolutely! Private tours are available! We can schedule group tours any night of the week, and at any time. Prices vary depending upon event type, group size and other factors.
